Program Tracks
Candidates may apply for one of the following tracks based on their prior experience, interests and current readiness.
Project Management / PMO
This track is suited for candidates with prior experience or interest in project coordination, stakeholder management, documentation, reporting, operations, client communication or delivery support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project managers and delivery teams in tracking project activities, milestones and dependencies
- Prepare meeting notes, status updates, project trackers and action logs
- Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on pending items and project inputs
- Support stakeholder communication and escalation tracking
- Help maintain project documentation, plans and delivery records
- Assist with governance reporting, dashboards and delivery cadence
- Support delivery operations across client and internal projects
Preferred Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Comfort with Data, AI & Cloud Technologies, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and documentation
- Strong follow-up discipline and ownership mindset
- Prior experience in Project Management, PMO, operations, business coordination, project support, consulting support is preferred

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree mandatory
- Minimum 3 years of prior professional experience
- Minimum 2 years of career break
- Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate to Bangalore
- Strong motivation to restart a full-time professional career
- Willingness to learn, adapt and work in a fast-growing Data and AI consulting environment
- Prior experience in corporate, consulting, technology, analytics, operations, banking, finance, project management or business support roles will be an advantage
