As a Senior Analytics Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving data-driven decision-making across the organization and building advanced machine learning models that power our transformative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to understand challenges, identify opportunities to make data-driven banking solutions.
- Perform in-depth analysis of large-scale structured and unstructured datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations.
- Drive business decision-making and optimize key performance indicators.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis and hypothesis testing to gain deep insights into various analysis areas like customer behavior, market dynamics, operational efficiency, etc.
- Design and develop advanced machine learning models, algorithms, and statistical methodologies to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation using cross/up-sell products, and other business outcomes.
- Analyze and optimize Digital Journeys and provide insights.
- Build scalable and efficient machine learning pipelines to preprocess, transform, and analyze data for model development.
- Deploy machine learning models into production in collaboration with relative Engineers.
- Conduct research and experimentation to enhance existing models and drive innovation within the organization.
- Fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing culture within the team.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders, to understand their requirements.
Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of Banking experience in a data science role, with a focus on building and deploying machine learning models and algorithms.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in one of Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Information Systems, Statistics, Applied Math.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python; familiarity with SAS, Scala, or Spark is a plus.
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies and demonstrated experience in applying machine learning techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience with any major Cloud provider (e.g., Azure, GCP, AWS, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills, and fluency in English.
