Job Summary:
  • Coordinate with the technical team to deliver bids, proposals, and responses to RFPs, ensuring that deadlines are met and all documentation is accurate.
  • Schedule meetings with potential clients and manage initial communications to facilitate smooth introductions.
  • Support RFP responses by collaborating with the Head of Business Development, ensuring all sales materials are prepared and submitted on time.
  • Assist the sales team in tracking leads, managing CRM updates, and following up on key opportunities.
  • Ensure the sales pipeline is up to date, scheduling necessary internal discussions to review pipeline progress.
  • Contribute to the development of sales reports and summaries for leadership review.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a blend of administrative and sales operations responsibilities.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with calendar management tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a strong sense of ownership in delivering results.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, preferably in the technology or consulting sector.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and basic sales operations processes is preferred.
Working Condition:
  • This is a full-time, office-based . Candidates must be available to work from the office and be flexible with working hours to accommodate business needs.
